About Traqqo
- What is Traqqo?
- Traqqo is a mobile app for independent trainers who see clients face-to-face. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper calendars, and payment reminders with a single tool: clients, sessions, packages, goals, chat, and cancellation policies all in one place.
- Who is Traqqo for?
- Independent personal trainers, fitness coaches, nutrition consultants, sports instructors, yoga teachers, martial arts coaches, music teachers, language tutors — anyone who runs recurring 1-on-1 sessions with clients. It is not built for large gym chains, group classes, or online-only coaching.
- What platforms is Traqqo on?
- iOS and Android. There’s no separate client app — your clients use the same Traqqo app and see their own view (their schedule, goals, packages, payments).
Pricing & Early Access
- How much does Traqqo cost?
- The Free plan covers up to 5 active clients and includes every feature. Pro unlocks unlimited clients — every trainer gets a 30-day free trial of Pro with no card required, then pays a standard monthly or annual fee to continue.
- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- Sign up, then start your trial from your dashboard at traqqo.com/dashboard with a single click — no payment method required. You get the full Pro tier (unlimited clients, every feature) for 30 days. To keep Pro after the trial, add a card from your billing portal. If you don't, your trial ends and you drop to the Free plan automatically — nothing gets deleted, no surprise charges.
- Can I cancel during the trial?
- Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard during the trial and you won't be charged. Your account stays on the Free plan with the 5-client cap.
Using Traqqo
- How do I invite a client?
- Open the Clients tab → tap Invite. Traqqo generates a unique invite link you share via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. The client opens the link, signs up, and is automatically connected to you.
- How do payments work?
- Traqqo tracks who owes you what — by session and by package. You can mark payments as paid in cash, bank transfer, Stripe, or other. Stripe Connect support is available for trainer-to-client card payments. Traqqo never takes a cut of your client payments.
- Can I set cancellation fees?
- Yes. Set a default window (hours before a session) and percentage-based fees (0-100%) for late cancellations and no-shows. You can also configure per-client overrides for regulars you want to be more flexible with.
Languages & regions
- Which languages does Traqqo support?
- English and Czech at launch. German and Spanish are coming shortly after. Each user picks their own language in Settings — trainers and clients can use different languages.
- What about currencies and timezones?
- Traqqo supports 43 currencies and all timezones. Your trainer account sets the currency and timezone; clients see prices and times in their trainer’s configured timezone.
Account & privacy
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account is soft-deleted immediately (data hidden) and then permanently removed. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
- Does Traqqo sell my data?
- No. We never sell or share trainer or client data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Supabase to host the database, Stripe for payments, and Sentry/PostHog for crash and product analytics — see the Privacy Policy for details.
- Where is my data stored?
- On Supabase infrastructure (AWS) with encryption in transit and at rest, and PostgreSQL Row Level Security enforcing per-user and per-trainer access.
