Traqqo is a mobile app for independent trainers who see clients face-to-face. It replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, paper calendars, and payment reminders with a single tool: clients, sessions, packages, goals, chat, and cancellation policies all in one place.

Independent personal trainers, fitness coaches, nutrition consultants, sports instructors, yoga teachers, martial arts coaches, music teachers, language tutors: anyone who runs recurring 1-on-1 sessions with clients. It is not built for large gym chains, group classes, or online-only coaching.

iOS and Android. There’s no separate client app. Your clients use the same Traqqo app and see their own view (their schedule, goals, packages, payments).

The Free plan covers up to 5 active clients and costs nothing, forever. Pro unlocks unlimited clients and online card payments with Stripe for $24.99/mo or $249.99/yr, billed through the App Store or Google Play, so the exact price depends on your country. The pricing page shows it in your currency.

Sign up and start straight away: up to 5 active clients, no card required, no time limit. You get the whole day-to-day toolkit: clients, sessions, packages, payment tracking, goals, journal and chat. Online card payments with Stripe are the Pro addition. When you need more clients, upgrade to Pro from the app.

Yes. Cancel anytime and your account drops back to the Free plan with the 5-client cap. Nothing gets deleted, no surprise charges.

Yes. Set a default window (hours before a session) and a late-cancellation and no-show fee of either 0% or 100%. You can also set a per-client override for regulars you want to be more flexible with.

No. Traqqo's commission is 0%. What your client pays is what you get, minus Stripe's standard processing fees when they pay by card. Cash and bank transfers never touch Traqqo at all.

English and Czech, with more languages planned. Each user picks their own language in Settings, so trainers and clients can use different languages.

Traqqo supports eight currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CZK, PLN, CHF, CAD and AUD) and all timezones. Your trainer account sets the currency and timezone; clients see prices and times in their trainer’s configured timezone.

Open Settings → Account & Preferences → Delete Account. Your account is soft-deleted immediately (data hidden) and then permanently removed. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

No. We never sell or share trainer or client data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Supabase to host the database, Stripe for payments, and Sentry/PostHog for crash and product analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.

On Supabase infrastructure (AWS) with encryption in transit and at rest, and PostgreSQL Row Level Security enforcing per-user and per-trainer access.
