Create your trainer account

Traqqo has one app for everyone. Whether you end up a trainer or a client is decided at signup: sign up directly and you get a trainer account, sign up through an invite and you get a client account linked to the trainer who invited you.

This guide covers the trainer side. If someone sent you an invite, read Join your trainer in Traqqo instead.

Sign up

1. Download Traqqo from the App Store or Google Play and open it.

2. Tap Get Started, then choose how you want to sign up:

   • Email and password — enter your name, email, and a password.
   • Continue with Apple or Continue with Google — one tap, no password to remember, and no email code to type.

3. If you signed up with email, we send you a 6-digit code. Type it into the verification screen to confirm the address. Apple and Google signups skip this step.

Set up your profile

Onboarding asks three things. All of them are changeable later in More → Account & Preferences, but getting them right now saves you re-checking every price and time later.

1. Country. This sets sensible defaults for the next two steps, and it's the country Stripe will register your account in if you later take card payments.

2. Currency. Every package price, order, and payment total you create is in this currency. Traqqo supports 43 currencies.

3. Timezone. All session times you enter are stored in UTC and displayed in this timezone. Your clients see your sessions in your timezone, so a client travelling abroad still sees the time you meant.

What to do next

Your account is live on the Free plan — up to 5 active clients, no card required, no time limit. A sensible first hour:

1. Invite your first client so you have someone to schedule with.
2. Build your price list so orders take two taps instead of typing prices each time.
3. Set your cancellation window and late-cancel policy in More → Session Settings.
4. Add the places you train in under More → Locations, so every session can carry a venue.
