Common questions
I have more than 5 clients — how do I start?
Start free and add your most regular clients first. When Traqqo has earned its place, upgrade to Pro in the app and invite the rest — everything you've set up carries over.
What counts as an active client?
A client you're currently working with. When you stop working together, their history stays but they no longer count toward your 5 — so past clients never use up a slot.
How do payments work?
Traqqo tracks your packages, sessions, and exactly what's outstanding per client. Take payments your way — bank transfer, cash, or card — and log them in the app. On Pro, clients can also pay by card online through Stripe. Traqqo never takes a commission either way.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play, and you can cancel there anytime. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period, and your data stays either way.
Does Traqqo work with my currency?
Yes — charge each client in your currency, wherever you train. Balances and totals are tracked per currency and never converted behind your back.
