Upgrade to Pro (or stay on Free)
What the Free plan covers, what Pro adds, how billing works, and what happens if you cancel.

Traqqo has two plans. Free is genuinely usable — most of the app is in it — and Pro removes the client cap and adds card payments.

Pro is $24.99 a month or $249.99 a year. You're billed through the App Store or Google Play, so the price you actually see is converted and tax-adjusted for your country — the pricing page shows it in your currency.
Traqqo takes 0% commission on what your clients pay you, on both plans. The subscription is what you pay us; nothing comes off your client payments. Card payments still carry Stripe's own processing fees.
About the 5-client limit
The Free cap counts active clients, not everyone you've ever trained.
- At 5 active clients, inviting another one shows an upgrade prompt instead of the invite form.
- Ending a collaboration (Clients → the client → Remove client) frees a slot immediately. All their history stays — sessions, orders, goals and journal entries are preserved, and re-inviting them later reactivates the same record rather than starting over.
- Pending invites that nobody has accepted don't count against the limit.
Upgrade

Go to More → My Subscription.

Tap Choose plan and pick monthly or annual.

Confirm through the App Store or Google Play sheet with Face ID, Touch ID, or your password.

Pro is active as soon as the store confirms. Your client limit lifts and the Stripe card in Payment Settings unlocks.
Cancel
Cancel from your store account, not from Traqqo — Apple and Google own the subscription:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Traqqo → Cancel.
- Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Traqqo → Cancel.
More → My Subscription has a shortcut through to the right screen.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to Free.
Dropping to Free never deletes anything. If you're over 5 active clients when Pro ends, your existing clients and their data stay exactly as they are — you just can't add new ones until you're back under the cap or resubscribe.
