Build your price list and sell packages
Set up reusable offers once, then create orders in a couple of taps — or let clients order for themselves.

Your price list is the catalogue of what you sell. An order is one client actually buying one of those things. Keeping them separate means you set a price once and never retype it.
Create an offer
-
Go to More → Packages and tap Create Offer.
-
Give it a name clients will recognise — "10-session pack", "Monthly unlimited", "Single session".
-
Add a description of what's included. Clients see this when they order.
-
Choose the kind:
- Session pack — a number of sessions the client draws down as you book them.
- Time period — a block of time rather than a session count.
-
Set total sessions, the default session duration, and the price in your account currency.
-
Set Visibility:
- Clients can order — it shows up in their app and they can request it themselves.
- Hidden from clients — only you can create orders for it. Good for bespoke pricing.
-
Tap Save.
Editing a package later doesn't rewrite history. Existing orders keep the price and session count they were created with, so old orders stay accurate.
Sell it
Go to More → Orders → +, pick the client, pick the package, and confirm. Because you created it, the order goes straight to unpaid — no confirmation step needed.
Then choose the payment method:
- Bank transfer — the client sees your bank details on the order and you mark it paid when the money lands.
- Cash — you mark it paid when they hand it over.
- Card via Stripe — the client pays in-app and the order settles itself. Requires Stripe Connect and a Pro plan.
- Other — anything else you've agreed.
When the client orders first
If a package is visible to clients, they can request it themselves. That order arrives as pending and waits for you:
- Confirm it and it becomes unpaid, ready to be paid.
- Decline it if you don't want to take it on.
Either way you get a notification, and pending requests surface on your Today screen so they don't get lost.
How orders move
Orders follow a fixed path — there's no editing a status by hand:
pending → unpaid → paid
with declined and cancelled as dead ends. Everything happens through the buttons on the order, which is what keeps your ledger trustworthy.
Drawing sessions from a package
Once an order is paid, that package shows up when you book a session for the client. Pick it on the New Session screen and marking the session complete consumes one session from the package. The package card shows how many are booked, finished, and left.
Traqqo warns you when a client's package is nearly used up, so you can sell the next one before they run out.
