Delete Your Account

You can delete your Traqqo account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains both ways to do it and what happens to your data.

1. Delete Your Account in the App

The fastest way is directly in the Traqqo app:

• Open the More tab.
• Go to Account & Preferences.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out on all devices and can no longer log in.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at info@traqqo.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

3. What Is Deleted

• Your user profile and authentication data.
• Your sessions, goals, progress entries, and journal posts.
• Your notifications and push notification tokens.
• Your profile photo, and the progress photos you uploaded to journal posts and goal updates. The image files themselves are removed from our storage, not just the records that point at them.
• For trainers: your client links, price list, locations, and payment settings (including any bank details).

4. What May Be Retained

• Photos you sent in a chat stay with the conversation. A chat is shared between two people, so your messages and the photos attached to them remain visible to the trainer or client you sent them to, in the same way an email you sent stays in the recipient's mailbox. They are no longer linked to your profile. If you want a specific photo gone from a conversation, delete that message in the app before you delete your account: press and hold it and choose Delete message, which removes it for both of you.
• Payment and order records may be retained where required by accounting and financial regulations.
• Payments processed by Stripe are subject to Stripe’s own data retention policies.
• If you trained with a trainer (or coached clients), the other party’s own records are not deleted, but they no longer reference your personal profile.
• Content you reported, or content of yours that was reported, may be retained for a limited period where we need it to document a breach of our Terms of Service.
