traqqo ("we", "us", or "our") is a mobile application for independent personal trainers and their clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

- Business information (trainers): Country, timezone, currency, bank details for payment tracking, and cancellation policy settings.
- Usage data: Session records, client relationships, goals, packages, messages, and payment records you create within the app.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Create and manage your account
- Enable trainers and clients to connect and manage sessions
- Send push notifications for session reminders, messages, and updates
- Respond to customer support requests
- Improve and develop the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- Between trainers and clients: When a trainer invites a client or vice versa, certain profile information is shared between them as necessary for the Service to function.
- Service providers: We use Supabase (database and authentication) and Expo (push notifications) as infrastructure providers. These providers process data only on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of traqqo or others.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@traqqo.com or using the account deletion feature within the app.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
